Warranty

TbT Watches 1-Year Warranty

Every TbT Watches watch is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty reflects our commitment to the proper function, quality and manufacturing condition of every watch sold through official TbT Watches sales channels.

If your watch develops a problem caused by a manufacturing defect, movement, internal component or functional issue during normal use, you may contact us for inspection and a warranty claim.

Warranty Period
1 year from the date of purchase.

Products Covered
TbT Watches watches purchased through official TbT Watches sales channels.

Our Commitment

We want every customer to receive a watch that functions as it should.

If a problem occurs during the warranty period, each claim will be assessed based on the actual condition of the watch, the type of damage and the cause of the issue.

If we determine that the problem was caused by a manufacturing defect or a covered component, TbT Watches will take the appropriate action through repair, component replacement or replacement of the watch.

The appropriate repair or replacement will be determined based on the condition of the product and the most suitable solution to restore the watch to proper working condition.

Warranty Coverage

The TbT Watches warranty covers damage or functional problems that we determine were caused by manufacturing, internal components or product defects.

Movement & Watch Mechanism

The movement is the main mechanism that powers the watch.

If the watch stops working, does not operate correctly or develops a functional problem due to movement failure during the warranty period, it may be sent to us for inspection.

If our inspection determines that the problem was caused by movement failure and not by impact, water, modification or improper use, repair or replacement of the movement will be covered by the warranty.

Battery

The watch battery is also covered throughout the 1-year warranty period.

If the battery develops a problem or loses power during this period, you may contact us for inspection and assistance.

If the problem is caused by the battery itself and not another issue with the watch, battery replacement may be provided under the warranty.

Dial, Hands & Internal Components

Damage to the dial, hands or internal components caused by a manufacturing defect may be covered by the warranty.

This includes problems that occur without impact, dropping, modification or damage caused by the customer’s use.

Case & External Components

Structural damage to the case or external components caused by a manufacturing defect may be considered under the warranty.

However, signs of use such as scratches, surface changes caused by friction, impact damage, dents or physical damage caused by accidents are not considered manufacturing defects.

3ATM Water Resistance

TbT Watches watches have a water resistance rating of 3ATM.

This rating is suitable for everyday use and light exposure such as water splashes. It does not mean that the watch is suitable for all types of water activities.

The watch is not recommended for swimming, showering, diving or prolonged immersion in water.

Water resistance may also be affected if the crown is not in the correct position, the watch experiences a strong impact, the case is opened or the gasket changes or deteriorates after use.

Water Damage Coverage
Water damage is covered only if our inspection determines that the problem was caused by a manufacturing defect or failure of the product’s water resistance system.

If water damage results from improper use, exposure to water beyond the 3ATM rating, the crown not being properly closed or other external factors, the damage will not be covered by the warranty.

Normal Use & Wear and Tear

All watches will experience some physical changes over time as a result of normal use.

Normal signs of use are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered by the warranty.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Scratches on the case, glass, clasp or bracelet.
  • Friction marks caused by daily wear.
  • Changes to the strap resulting from use.
  • Wear to the buckle, clasp or bracelet links.
  • Cosmetic changes resulting from normal use.

Straps & Bracelets

Straps and bracelets are parts of the watch that are subject to direct physical wear during everyday use.

Damage caused by a manufacturing defect may be considered under the warranty.

However, wear caused by use, excessive pulling, accidents, tears, scratches or damage occurring after use is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Damage Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage caused by factors unrelated to a product or manufacturing defect.

Examples of damage not covered include:

  • Damage caused by dropping or strong impact.
  • Damage caused by accidents.
  • Dented or broken cases, glass or watch components caused by impact.
  • Damage caused by improper use.
  • Damage caused by water exposure beyond the 3ATM rating.
  • Damage caused by chemicals or unsuitable environmental conditions.
  • Damage occurring after the product has been modified.
  • Damage resulting from repairs performed by a third party.
  • Damage caused by the watch being opened without authorisation from TbT Watches.
  • Loss of the watch or any of its components.
  • Wear and cosmetic changes resulting from normal use.

Third-Party Repairs or Modifications

If the watch is opened, modified or repaired by another party before our inspection, warranty coverage for related damage may become invalid.

This is because we may be unable to determine accurately whether the problem was caused by an original product defect or by changes made after purchase.

If you experience a problem during the warranty period, we recommend contacting TbT Watches first before taking the watch to another party.

Warranty Inspection

Every warranty claim must go through an inspection process.

The purpose of the inspection is to identify the cause of the problem and determine whether it falls within the scope of the warranty.

Depending on the type of problem, we may ask you to provide:

  • Order number.
  • Customer name.
  • Photos of the watch.
  • A video showing the problem.
  • A brief description of the issue or circumstances.

In some cases, the watch may need to be sent back to TbT Watches for a physical inspection.

Determining the Cause of Damage

All claims will be assessed based on the actual condition of the product.

If our inspection determines that the problem was caused by a manufacturing defect, internal component or covered product failure, the claim will be processed under the warranty.

If our inspection determines that the damage was caused by use, an accident, water exposure beyond the specified rating, modification or another factor not covered by the warranty, the customer will be informed.

Repair or Replacement

If a claim is accepted under the warranty, TbT Watches will determine the most appropriate solution.

This may include:

  • Repair of the damaged component.
  • Replacement of the movement.
  • Replacement of the battery.
  • Replacement of specific components.
  • Replacement of the watch if repair is not practical or appropriate.

Watch Replacement

If we determine that repair is not practical, appropriate or the product cannot reasonably be restored, TbT Watches may replace the product.

If the same model, colour or variation is still available, we will try to provide the same replacement.

If the model or variation is no longer available, TbT Watches may offer another equivalent product or a reasonable replacement option based on available stock.

Shipping for Warranty Claims

If the watch needs to be sent back to TbT Watches for inspection, the cost of sending the product to us is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Cost to TbT Watches
To be borne by the customer.

Customers are advised to use a delivery service with tracking and to ensure that the watch is securely packaged.

TbT Watches is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs while the product is being sent to us by the courier selected by the customer.

Once the watch is received, we will carry out an inspection and inform the customer of the result and the next steps.

Proof of Purchase

To help us verify your warranty, customers must provide sufficient purchase information.

Your order number is the primary way we identify the purchase date and product purchased.

If the order number is unavailable, you may provide other information such as the name, email address or phone number used during the purchase so that we can try to locate the transaction record.

Warranty Period
The 1-year warranty period is calculated from the purchase date recorded in the TbT Watches system.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If your watch develops a problem during the warranty period, please do not send it to us without contacting TbT Watches first.

Contact us through our official WhatsApp and provide:

  • Customer name.
  • Order number, if available.
  • Watch model or colour.
  • A description of the problem.
  • Photos or videos, where relevant.

We will carry out an initial assessment and let you know if the watch needs to be sent to us for further inspection.

Before Sending Your Watch

Make sure the watch is securely packaged and adequately protected to prevent damage during delivery.

Do not include any unnecessary items unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Keep the delivery tracking number until we confirm that the parcel has been received.

Warranty Claim Decision

Once the inspection is complete, we will determine whether the problem is covered by the warranty.

If covered, we will proceed with the appropriate repair, component replacement or product replacement.

If the problem is not covered by the warranty, the customer will be informed before any further action is taken.

Each claim is assessed individually because the type of damage, circumstances of use and physical condition of the watch may differ from case to case.

Watch Care

Proper care helps keep your watch functioning well throughout its use.

We recommend that customers:

  • Avoid strong impacts or dropping the watch.
  • Avoid wearing the watch while swimming or showering.
  • Ensure that the crown is in the correct position.
  • Avoid exposure to strong chemicals.
  • Store the watch in a dry place when not in use.
  • Do not open the case yourself if there is a problem.
  • Contact TbT Watches first if the watch stops working or develops a problem.
