We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be in the same condition as when it was received.
Not have been worn or used.
Still have its tags attached, where applicable.
Be in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the product back to us.

Products returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Products or Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. Contact us immediately if the product:

Is damaged.
Is defective.
Is not the product you ordered.

We will assess the situation and take the appropriate steps to resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants.
Custom-made or personalised products.
Personal care products such as beauty products.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the original product first.

Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the product you would like.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU), customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

Not worn or used.
In their original condition.
Still have their tags attached, where applicable.
Be in their original packaging.
Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once the returned product has been received and inspected.

If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be returned automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and credit the refund to your account.
